That's the problem.  JPEG is an image file type.  Change the file type to PDF, and it should save as one whole document.

To change scan settings

 

 Windows: Open the HP Solution Center, select Settings, select Scan Settings and Preferences, then select from the available options and make your selections.

 

 

i do not have this " HP SOLUTION  CENTER" in my computer

You need to download and install the software for your printer from the HP website support/download area. Also, a setup disc should have come with your printer.

My solution center thinks I still have my old 6500 printer instead of my new 6600 wireless printer - please advise how do let the solution center update to my current wi-fi printer
