This reset the printer and I can access it now. I thought this procedure would bring it back to factory. It didn't bring up the language or regions. The language stayed the same and the region setting never came back up to set. The default paper was reset to A4, which I set back to letter. But otherwise, it worked an I thank you for your quick response and assistance. Thanks again.

No worries, glad to assist. I agree, that is odd, it should have requested language/region. Just in case, below is a link with some great information on making these types of settings changes for future reference. Also, FYI - there is a fairly recent FW update for this model, second link below.
