I have an hp office jet Pro 8600 Plus printer The printer works off my computer but I'm unable to get the scanner to connect. Do I need a disk to do this, the printer is 3 years old so I can't remember if it came with one. It is wireless
When I follow the instructions to go to web scan It says it is disconnected how do I reconnect it
