The instructions in the pop-up for opting out of HP Product Improvement Study are not consistent with WIndows 10. There is no entry in Uninstall Programs for the Improvement Study and there is no "tab in the start menu." I have spent more than two hours filling out forms to register and uninstalling the software to get rid of this. The next step is to send the printer back for a refund.

Hi@Copperfield,
Thanks for using the HP Forums. One Stop for all sort of solutions for your HP Products
I have read your post and understand that you are unable to use the Wireless mouse. Is that, right?
May I know if you are facing any errors setting up the printer to the PC?
if it only about the Product Improvement study, you can skip that option during the printer software installation
This should solve the issue. Let me know for more solution.
