I tried to print pictures and put 4 X 6 paper in the printer. Ever since then anything I have tried to print from my Iphone wants to print on 4 X 6 paper. How do I change it?

@Terry34, welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are unable to change the print settings while printing from your iPhone to your HP OfficeJet 4652 All-in-One Printer.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Printing with Apple AirPrint

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.

Thanks but when I open the air print window the paper option will not open. it shows 4 X 6 paper and will not let me change it. I can print from my Dell lap top with no problem except when I print from email.

Hello@Terry34,

Thanks for the response.

I request you to try reinstalling the “Air Print” app and check if that helps you fix the issue.

Use this https://support.apple.com/kb/PH23352?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US advise from Apple to set default page size in the pages APP for the 'blank' form.

Are you aware that AirPrint is part of the operating system? It can't be reinstalled. It's like telling someone to reinstall the Messages app.

I know this is an old thread but...

Try opening the paper tray and closing it.  When the screen shows paper size, click the arrow and change to the size you want.

Hope this helps

I have an HP 7855. My screen never shows paper size. I am having the same problem. I can’t change the paper size from my iPhone. This printer has been a nightmare.
