Hi @southerngirl76,
Thanks for exploring the HP Support Forums with your connection inquiry.
There is one method that might work to get the printer on the network by using an iPhone/iPad, it might work, but if it does not a computer would be required so the printer could be connected wirelessly through the software.
The method that might work is done by trying to run the Wireless Wiazrd from the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS).
1. Start by making sure that the iPhone/iPad is connected to the WiFi network you want to put the printer on.
2. Press the Wireless icon.
3. From the Wireless Menu, select Settings.
4. From the Settings menu, select Restore Defaults.
5. Confirm selection to restore defaults.
6. Turn on the Wireless from the Wireless menu if the blue wireless light is not flashing.
7. Open Safari on your Apple device.
8. Enter the printer's default IP address, 192.168.223.1, into Safari's address bar. This should open the printer's EWS.
9. If the EWS opens click the Network tab.
10. Select Wireless on the left and then select Wireless Setup Wizard. You will need to enter your network name and password to try to connect the printer to the network. You will know if your printer is connected to your network if the blue wireless light stops blinking and stays lit.
11. After that you will need to make sure that the Web Services is enabled on the printer to print from the Apple mobile device by pressing the ePrint button.
Hopefully that can help get your printer on the network again.

Hi,
You may also use the HP AIO Remote app to connect the printer:
- On your printer click the Wireless option and select Restore NEtwork Defaults, then turn the printer off and back On.
- Download and open the HP AIO Remote app from teh App Store:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hp-all-in-one-printer-remote/id469284907?mt=8 - Open the App and tap the printer selection area, then select that your printer is not listed.
- Follow the steps by selecting to connect a printer to an existing network, then follow the steps on screen to connect your printer to your wireless router.
Regards,
Shlomi
