I use HP Instant Ink, and have replaced plenty of ink cartridges. For some reason when I put the new one in, it told me I needed to reload it because it did not install correctly. I reloading it approximate ten or more times after that and got the same message every time. I checked to make sure nothing was on the cartridge that shouldn't be. I have installed these plenty of times before and have no idea why it is not working this time.

Hi @12kjw,

Some cartridges have a tab that can be pulled out to ensure it clicks into place. What printer do you have?
