I am trying to place a HPlaserjet P1102w in the field by printing from a web app in my car. Can anyone tell me the wattage needed for the inverter to supply the power for the printer. The printer says 300watts so I bought a 400 Watt inverter and that is not strong enough.
Does anyone know wattage needed?
Thanks,
Ted

Hi @TedMc,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you're looking for the wattage for your HP LaserJet Pro P1102 Printer. I would be happy to help you with this.
Please take a look at the Printer Specifications for the HP LaserJet Pro P1102 Printer Series.
CAUTION: Power requirements are based on the country/region where the printer is sold. Do not convert operating voltages. Doing so might damage the printer and void the product warranty.
Specification | 110-volt models | 220-volt models |
Power requirements |
|
|
Minimum recommended circuit capacity | 12 A | 6 A |
Model | Printing | Ready | Sleep | Off | Heat output-Ready (BTU/hour) |
LaserJet Pro P1102 Printer | 360 | 1.4 | 0.9 | 0.6 | 41 |
LaserJet Pro P1102w Printer | 370 | 2.7 | 2.0 | 0.6 | 41 |
Hope this answers your question. Thank you for posting!
