Not the same problem! All those hard reset procedures were tried for this problem described in this thread. If that worked, you had a different issue. Our printers cannot be recognized by the computer nor could we install, uninstall or get the printer out of initialization mode at anytime other than a 1-2 second pulse after the hard reset. The printer quickly returns back to initialization loop.

Hello, try a hard reset with the printer.

Hard Reset:

Unplug the power cord from the printer and wall

Take out the toner/cartridges

Wait 30 sec

Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall (Make sure the printer is plugged into the wall and not a surge protector)

Insert the toner/cartridges back into the printer

Let me know the outcome

There is no solution. You, my friend, are now the owner of a branded HP BRICK. It's more like a black excessively large paper weight. I have one too.

Sorry about that.

They offer me to buy an other printer for 99$ + including 2 years waranty.
For now on, this is my best solution.

If you install the current drivers after you receive the replacement printer it will simply brick the new one. DO NOT buy another HP.
