Is there any update on this recurreing / eternal initialization issue? only solution being talked about sofar in this forum is Right arrow and cancel button and Prem init.. That did not help ..
Not sure, Hp is working on a fix for this or they gave up.. Any one from HP takes look at these messages..
Please help.. I think HP customers deserve better than this...

Hi kondapur,
Yes, there has been an update posted and that update has been marked as the solved (Message 104). Below is the information about the update. I sent you a private message on 09-09-201306:48 AM which still shows as unread. Please review this message, and get back with me.
Hi Everyone,

If you have not already posted to the forum about this issue please reply to this thread to let me know you are having problems.
Please review the updated private message send to you in the last couple weeks. I would like to hear back from each and every one of you that has received a private message from me in order for me to resolve this issue. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I don't see a solution and I did reply to your private msg. So I am guessing only people in warranty get help or some differentiation like that by HP.
Can the solution not be posted here on the forum. After all it is'The solution' to the problem all of us have.

Hi VKPK & Everyone,
In the private messages sent out I am asking to make contact with you either by phone or email. This information is private and should not be given out over the open forum pages. Please review the private message I have sent you in order for me to help resolve the issue at hand. This has nothing to do with in warranty or out of warranty as everyone on this thread got the same private message that you have gotten from me. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
Thank you

Can you re send the private email. Can't find it. WE had problems with verizon email last week so it could well be in cyberspace somewhere. So far nothing you or anyone has send moves the corrup firmware message from display.
i have already contacted hp and put them on notice {Content Removed} all i want is my printer working, repaired or replaced, or credit to purcahse new one. not much to ask when they caused the problem.
Thanks for you help.
John

Hi tuohylaw,
The issue you are having with the LJ 1536 is not the same issue being reported on this thread. Have you tried the steps i provided on Message 132?
