It continues... The following ink cartrige(s) appear to be missing or damage. Refer to printer documentation. It does not display which ink cartrage it is. None of my ink cartrages are missing, and the printer was working fine 2 days ago.
Please advise,
Rosie

I am sorry to hear that you are still having this problem. There is one more step I would take to resolve this issue. It is a hard reset with the cartridges taken out of the machine. No user settings are lost with a hard reset and it will attempt to restore the printer to a known working condition.
To do the following reset:
1. Remove all the cartridges from the machine, and close the cover.
2. With the printer plugged directly into a wall outlet, and turned on, unplug the cord from the rear of the printer.
3. Then unplug the cord from the wall socket.
4. Wait at least 30-60 seconds
5. Plug the power cord back into the wall socket first. If the cord has a module in it, make sure that the light on the module is lit up and then plug cord back into the rear of the printer
6. The printer should power back on by itself, but if not use the power button on front panel to turn machine back on.
7. When the printer states that the cartridges are missing, open it back up and put the inks back inside the printer and see if it will function afterwards.
After the above reset; I would replace the faulty cartridge at this point. If still having an issue after replacing the cartridge, I would repeat the cleaning procedure on the contacts to make sure that the contacts are clean and that all materials from the packaging process have been removed.

Happy New Year,
Thank You for your help.
I did buy new ink cartriges then did the hard reset and put in the new ones and it did work. I don't understand what happened, but it's working now.
Thank You Again,
Rosie:smileyhappy:
