Recently my wireless printer Officejet 4620 no longer connects with my iphone, ipad or macbook air as the HP Printer Utility tries to link up with an Hotel Printer in California when I am located in Canada. Restarted my modems, router and printer several times but will not reconnect anymore to wireless connection at home.
Any suggestions? I dont have the orignal manual instruction anymore when I bought this unit about a year ago. When looking for printer software online, the HP support does not recognize HP Officejet 4620 and can't find it.

A lot of these issues I believe has to do with updating the software to the latest version. Also causes major email problems, freeze up of the laptop etc. My internet provider is helping with the email issue but the other bugs will need to wait for apple to provide a further update.
Thanks again

Hi J-K-P,
May I ask what version of Mac OS X you are using? If you do not know the Operating System you are using, please visit this website. Whatsmyos.
As once I find this out, I can see if the full feature software is available for your Mac, if there is, then we can try a USB setup of wireless.
Hope to hear from you soon!
