officejet 7500A wide format
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a problem that just started for no apparent reason.

Only when I copy. Only the top left hand quater of the page prints out. When I use the copy preview command I can see the entire document. A blank sheet comes out prior to the copy and there is a paper size/ document size mismatch error (but In the settings it's at 8.5x11).

It scans the entire document & then when I print the Adobe file, the entire document prints out.

This 1/4 page copy occurs whether I copy from the glass or the feeder.

Hi @Henry61,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to copy the complete page from your HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the copy settings are not correct.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: http://hp.care/2kowVko

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
