I m having the same issue with the functionality scan + email.

I just used the scan to e-mail function on my printer.  I recieved an e-mail, but without the attachment.  What happended to the attachment? Also, the printer indicates that it saved the scan to the computer, but I have not set that up.  Where is it saving the file?

 

I have some very important information in the scan and need to know what happened to the attachment and where the file gets saved.

Garytech1, thank you! that worked! However, I do have same problem as Ds26, I receive the email but the attachment is not present. I am using gmail with thunderbird, don't know if that is relevant.

 

I must be blind, I cannot see a place to click "accept as solution" but I did click "kudos" and I am grateful.
