Garytech,
I have tried all your above options and my scan to email is still not working. Neither are my apps. It says that the apps are updating but have been doing so for over an hour. I am connected an can print and view my printer on the HP ePrint center as connected.
Can you email the solution please.

I used the solution you sent and it seemed to work. I was allowed to connect to the web server so I didnt recieve the same error message but when I scanned to email it sent the email with no attachment. Tried it twice with the same result. Tried it through the scan function on the printer as well as the scan to email app with the same result.......email but no attachment.
What now?
