Well, I was able to do it from an HP App, so maybe this is a decent work around, at least temporarily.

Yes, all of the other aps work.  I can scan to my computer.  The scan to email worked last week.  We had a death in the family and I scanned a picture to my email to send to the funeral home.  We can't figure out what changed!

Hello Garytech1.. Please send me the fix. I believe I have the same issue. Scan to email from control panel does not work as it should. Everthing else works. when I first setup the email/pin it worked once and now it only says "preparing to scan" and then timesout and tells me to try again later.

 

I even disabled/re-enabled web services. Then it worked one time and now gives me the same issue. Please help
