Can you send me the fix for the scan to email problem with the photosmart 7520.  I am getting the Unable to connect to web services.  Confirm internet access and try again."  error and have tried the other tips that are shown on this forum.

Why does the solution to this problem (which a lot of us have), have to be emailed privately?  Can't you just post it on the forum so everyone can see?

I am pretty frustrated with HP and this printer not working and would like it to be easier to get a solution.  I still have not received a reply from anyone on this matter.

I can't scan from my printer to my email. I just used the feature two weeks ago and I can't do it today which I find strange!

I've restarted my printer, hey, I've even restarted my wireless router....NOTHING IS WORKING.

I just keep getting a Service Connection error message "Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm Internet access and try agan"

What should I do??

i can do every other feature from the apps on the front of the printer. I just cant scan from my printer to my email. keep getting "Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm Internet access and try again"
