Unable to connect to web services. Confirm Internet access and try again. Internet is fine and I tried all other troubleshooting options. Can you private message me? Please

Uggh, having to deal with yet another HP Printer that doesn't work. I've read everything here, tried everything, scan to email does not work although Web Services does. Please send me this super secret private message that will correct this printers issues. Why can't you just post in this forum? I mean, time is precious, and everyone here has wasted A LOT OF IT.
