@garytech1

Hello,

I have the same 7520 printer with the same scanning issue. I've tried all troubleshooting steps and I cannot seem to find a solution. Could you please help me?

I would greatly appreciate it!

I am unable to scan to email from my printer. I get an error message and my apps are not working either. I've read some of the forums and have attempted those steps already but still no success.

Same Issue - can no longer scan to email - it won't attach?? Help please

I have the same scan to email issue that requires the private reset option.  Apps print.  Have gone through all of the other correction options but still receive "unable to connect to Web Services.  Confirm internet access and try again."  Scan to email worked last week but not now.

Uninstall printer and reinstall from scratch - all options will now work again - properly

I went into programs and uninstalled the printer from the system

Then I unplugged it - and shut down the computer

I plugged it back in - put the cd in the drive - turned the computer back on and reinstalled the cd.

All systems - go!!
