I have run through the troubleshooting steps.  Am using all HP ink (and always have) I cleaned the print heads through the steps.  The color blocks now come out clear - were also getting streaks before the troubleshooting steps.  The black block is missing a section in each of the color blocks also.  The text at the top is still missing portions.  I have also replaced the black ink cartridge with a brand new one.

Can this be fixed or am I looking at a new printer?

One of two things is happening. Either the printer just needs to be aligned, or the printheads have gone out.  You can find the alignment the same place you can find the printhead cleaning.  If the alignment fails, or doesn't fix the problem, the the printheads have gone out and need to be replaced.  The printheads have their own warranty, so make sure to check the warranty date before you look at buying new printheads.  If the printheads are in warranty and need replaced, HP should replace them for free.  If both the printer and printheads are out of warranty, it would be cheaper to buy a new printer than it would be to replace both printheads.  Let me know what happens.

I've got an Officejet Pro L7650 All-in-One that is printing out horizontal white lines on the Print Quality Diagnostics Page, only across the black blocks of Pattern 2, color blocks arre perfect. In Pattern 3, all grey blocks have horizontal white lines across them. Have tried Calibrating Linefeed, but it didn't help. Are the printheads bad, and is it worth replacing them?
