Hi,
Since upgrading to IOS7, whenever I print from my ipad2 to my HP c410 wireless printer, the printer prints it in a very reduced scale. It prints in a5 size within the middle of an a4 page. I have checked all the defaut printer settigns and these are all a4 and have no scaling options set.
Within the ipad apps I can't find any setting to do with scaling so I am at a loss.
Any advice greatly appreciated please.
thanks,
simon

Hi Simon99. Are you using Apple's Airprint to print? If you are there are really no settings you can change to alter the output, you have to make the source the desired size. You might be able to change a few settings within the HP Eprint App, if you are using the HP Eprint App. Does it print OK from a computer?

Hi Simon99. At least it is clear that the printer is working, since it prints from a computer properly. What exactly have you printed with this behavior, and where did you print from (ie camera photos from the gallery via Send To).

Hi Simon99. I have been trying to find a reasonable answer for you, but unfortunately I cannot. Regarding ePrint, I would wait for the next update of the App for improved performance. Have you tried emailing the PDF file to your printer with your email program?

Clearly it is a problem with Apple not hp or epson but to get them to sort it out will be a nightmare as I cannot exactly take my printer to the apple store!!
If anyone finds a development here it would be greatly appreciated if you could let me know.
Many thanks 🙂
