I too am having this same iniializing issue. I've repeatedly tried all the reset steps that's been sugested. Can you please send me the "secret" steps to try.

My new M177FW printer is stuck on initializing and the cartredges will not rotate.  I have disconnected the power from the back and the wall and removed and replaced all of the cartridges.

It says moving black to the front.  Nothing is moving
