I would definitely recommend calling HP support as it's likely you'll require a replacement printer.

Hello,
I have the same problem: the same brand new printer, it made a lot of noise, and then forever initializing. and after and also tried the steps you provided, but still the issue,. Could you send me the possible solution in a personal message? Thanks.

I see that the printer is stuck initializing and you are getting the error "moving black to the front". I will do my best to assist you with this issue.
