have exactly same problem. Please send instructions to fix cartridge carousel jam.

With time I manage to see that as soon I connected a "hp CD" was enable in the driver's.
As soon as I opened that cd the installation program started and the install went perfect.
Then after that I installed the new firmware.
Now it's work like new.
I was amazed...

Can you send me the steps how to reset this printer. Laserjet pro mfp m177fw. I changed the black cartriage but it is stuck in intializing mode. I have done the power reset as well as moved carasel of toners.

I too have same problem, the hp color laserjet mfp m176n is stuck on intialising. I tried all the solution provided on this forum but its not working at all
