The store I bought this device from wont help me anymore because I am out of warranty (by 14days)😱
The most upsetting thing is that this issue doesn't seem to be as random as HP and the staples (company i bought this device from) tell us. Along with the Posts on this forum a read many of the same issues with this generation printers from HP.
They know these devices have issues and are replaced for some of us....why not for all of us, it's clearly a production issue?!
Hope it can be fixed in a polite manor else this could be the last HP printer or HP device my family has bought.

Sad thing, if i printed earlier i would have noticed it earlier and had warranty. Now the device is completely worthless...the most expensive prints ever. (The device made less then 500prints) 😔

Hi bprijs,
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.

Hi
Im having issue with the printer since installing new toners just initializing and not functioning. I have the printer for the last 2-3 months which was working fine. I have tried all the steps that you have advised previously by removing all the toners and putting them back. I turned off the printer as per your instructions and tried moving them to the front via the settings and resetting the printer settings to defaults yet still getting the same issue. The solutions provided is not working. Could you please advise how I could a refund from HP?
