Hi @Remantas317,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I noticed that you are wondering what are proxy settings, and where you can find the address and port information? I am happy to look into this for you!
Quoting: http://www.whatismyip.com/what-is-a-proxy/:
Proxy Server. A proxy or proxy server is basically another computer which serves as a hub through which internet requests are processed. By connecting through one of these servers, your computer sends your requests to the proxy server which then processes your request and returns what you were wanting.
Please see this post, Incoming and Outgoing Printer Ports, by @VisionAiry.
Some questions for you:
- Are you experiencing problems with connecting your printer to your computer/or other devices?
- Are you able to make copies with the printer? Copy Text or Mixed Documents.
Hope this information helps, and hope to hear from you soon!

Hi yoda5,
Do you have the same printer and Operating System? If you do not know the Operating System you are using, please visit this website. Whatsmyos.
If so, and you cannot connect to webserver, I would recommend to go through this guide, 'Printer Offline' or 'Printer Not Responding' Message (OS X).
Hope this guide helps!
