LaserJet Pro MFPM277
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just installed the new 277dp as a replacement for an old C7180 and can't get this new one to scan.  I've been from the printer into Acrobat DC without a problem.  Now, I have a problem.  An known resolution.  I already tried the Scan Doctor: No help.

The scanner did not find error on the printer. Is that, Correct?

 

I was able to find a suitable HP article which specifically addresses the issue you have on your printer.
