ABRY, if those solutions aren't working you will need to contact HP Cloud Services for server status updates.

My printer is HP deskjet ink advantage 5525 and it was working fine with scan to email just yesterday. But today it just came up with the server connection error :403 and pressing "reset" couldn't work at all. I've tried to unplug the printer and it still didn't work. I've read the previous threat of redownloading the app but I don't know how to do it. Could you please send me some other suggestions to my email? Really appreciate that.

I am recieving this error also. I can't find the "Scan to Print" app. Could you please let me know where to find that and in addition send me a private message informing me how to reset my printer? Thank you!
