I am having the same trouble as the previous posts and can no longer scan to email.  When I set up my 5520 printer in June, I selected the Scan to Email Option.  I have had no trouble until now.  It is a wireless connection.

Unplugging did not reset it.

We have tried Unplugging the printer which did not reset it.

I have exactly the same problem but I don't find the "scan to email" app... Where do you find it?

um hi thanks for all the help but umm when i go on my printer and try to look for the app i cant seem to find it it send me to the nternet and i cant find it either do you know on what category i should be looking for on the computer or the link
