Hi . I've been doing ok with my scan to email until today and now am getting the 403 error message on my hp 5520. Tried all the previous suggestions....could you send me your other instructions to try please. Thanks

I am also in the same boat as everyone else.I have an hp 5520 I have tried everything that you have suggested in previous posts but still get the server connection error 403.
Could you please email me the instructions to reset my printer.
