Your model number was likely incomplete. Is there a prefix or suffix. Please refer to the exact Product #. Then go here

I understand you're looking to replace the paper tray on your Officejet 4500 wireless printer. I will do my best to help you with this.

 

There are only certain pieces on a printer that are available as replaceable parts. The best place to check for these parts and to order them would be the HP Part Surfer website.

I too have an HP Officejet 4500  (G510g) and the tray latches keep breaking.  I've glued them so many times the glue is holding the glue, but now the tray won't hold the paper   I need to know it it's under warrenty of where to buy a new one

Thanks for the website link.  Although this does show the paper tray availability, i did not feel comfortable doing business directly with a chinese company.  Even if I was comfortable with that aspect, I had no idea how to figure out how much I would owe in US dollars.
