Hi @tomsuk,
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums!
I noticed that you're unable to remove the paper tray on your HP LaserJet Pro 200 M251nw Printer. I will certainly do my best to help you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.
It sounds like there could be an obstruction or an issue with the paper tray. We need to check the paper tray area on the printer.
Please follow these steps:
- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord, USB and ethernet cable from the printer.
- Open the toner cartridge door.
- Remove the toner cartridges.
- Close the toner cartridge door.
- Turn the printer over onto its side.
- Turn the printer around to see the bottom.
- Inspect the bottom to see if you can determine the problem with the paper tray.
- Remove any obstructions.
- Remove the paper tray.
- Load paper into the paper tray.
- Push down on the paper to make sure that the paper stack is below the paper limit tabs on the side of the tray.
- Adjust the paper width guides.
- Slide the tray into the product.
- Check to see if the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, please use this guide:
