Its nice to have a tech company respond to a customer complaint regarding a firmware issue, keep them updated, and release a fix in a timely matter. I wish an unnamed networking company who makes buggy wireless routers would do the same.

Where is the firmware located to correct the airprint of multiple copies from my iPAD to my M1217nfw?

Now the problem is with the scanner. Impossible to connect with the computer wireless. Help again please!
