My HP Envy 4500 started off giving error 0x83c0000a NOS_LOADER_APP

After trying restarts now gives MFG mode but none of the buttons do anything and it seems to be trying to load something

then the above error code comes on

Hello @Fixerupper , and welcome to the HP Forums!

I see that you are getting an 0X error on the front panel of your Envy 4500 printer. I'd be happy to help!

I'd first recommend removing the cartridges and perform a power reset.  Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar. a power reset.

I'd also suggest the 'Ink System Failure' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error Message Displays on the Front Panel document.

Good luck and please let me know the results of your troubleshooting steps. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums!
