Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Unless I am missing something on the web page it only shows the current version of the firmware.
For operational reasons I need to identify the previous versions of the firmware.
There is an issue flashing the firmware. It seems to be related to the date the printers were obtained.

Hi The Fossette,
Thanks again for the reply. I had expanded the details and got to this page http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/HP-Officejet-7110-Wide-Format-ePrinter-ser....
However I need to know the firmware versions from “E1FN1245BR” to the current version “EIP1FN1616BR / EIP1FN1616AR”.

Hi@FlockofSeagull,
Thanks for the response.
The Version indicated on the website means that it is for multiple models.
That version is also compatible with your printer.
The main thing you need to check at is the release date and the model number of the printer to which it is compatible.
Hope the information shared will help you. Please share for more.

Hi
I am not sure we are looking at the same information. The external website only shows one version of the firmware. Currently I am trying to track down information on at least 4 versions of the firmware.
I need to know the dates the various versions of the firmware were released. The issue is we have some printers that have been updated successfully and other that have failed. When the printers fail, currently 10 printers, to upgrade the firmware the print head is stuck and the printer is now scrap.
If this information is not available externally please state that is the case and contact me with a contact who can supply the information.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
