OK, let's go for it.
I recommend doing this on a computer that is wired to the router, but can work OK with a wireless connection.
Type the router's IP into a browser (192.168.1.1). The login is blank and the password is 'admin'
Click on Wireless, then Wireless Security. Pull down the Security Mode and choose WPA2 Personal. Encryption type keep as TKIP or AES (choose AES only if it works with all your computers, some may only allow TKIP).
Now, type in your passphrase (13 characters, numbers and letters, upper and lower case).
Finally, click 'Apply'. You are done!
Now you have to re-login on every wireless device (your computers and your printer) with the new security passphrase.

WELL!!!!
Good job!!! I got to the print out page "Congratulations on the successful set up of your wireless printer"
I do now have a network diagnostics screen as below:
Printer rediscovery problems detected. Your PC may not be able to track online status changes of your printer.
If you are using firewall software, verify UDP port 427 is unblocked from your printer at 192.168.10.102 to your PC.
Scan communication problems detected. You may experience limited functionality when scanning from your printer to your PC.
If you are using firewall software, verify TCP port 9500 is unblocked from your PC to your printer at 192.168.10.102.
If you are using firewall software, verify TCP port 9290 is unblocked from your PC to your printer at 192.168.10.102.
To fix the issue(s) try to power your printer off and on.

I've managed to reduce the list to
I've checked my firewall settings and this port is already unblocked.

Try disabling all firewalls (Windows and your security system's) and try again to make sure it really is the firewall.
If that does not work try it after a reboot of your computer.
