Hi darkpepo. To clarify, are you stating that your printer cannot connect to web services? Are you getting an error message on the printer when you try to access them? Here is the troubleshooting for that particular problem. Let me know the results of your steps.

errata corrige:
after reaching 50% download stop and never restart(same problem). the dns was 192.168.0.1, the router address!

I've been able to bypass filters and access blocked websites using this proxy service https://www.waselpro.com/en/ It's a great solution to choose the server you want connect through many european servers.

Hi Janz3,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand you are looking for the proxy server for your Photosmart 7520.
Normally a proxy server is requested when trying to enable web services and have encountered an error. Are you receiving an error message when trying to enable your web services? If so please assign your printer a manual ip address and manual DNS Servers. I have included a document with the steps to do so. It can be found in the Windows section as Step Seven. When setting the Preferred DNS Server please use 8.8.8.8 and for the Alternate DNS Server please use 8.8.4.4. They are Google's DNS Servers.
Once setting the manual ip and dns servers please turn the printer off, wait 15 seconds and then turn the printer back on. You should be able to enable the web services now.

Hi Latryska and jfadds,
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you are encountering difficulties when trying to set a manual ip address.
Instead of using the "Suggest a New Manual IP Address" button you can type in the information. Please use the steps below:
- Please access your embedded web server (EWS) and click on the Network tab. It should display the status information about your wireless setup.
- Please click on "more details »" as shown in the screen shot below.
- Please take note of the ip address, subnet mask and default gateway information as shown in the screen shot below.
- Click on "Networking" on the left hand side menu.
- Click on "Network Address (IP)" on the left hand side menu.
- Click on the "Manual IP" radial button.
- Please type in a manual ip address. A good rule of thumb is to add 50 to the last number of the printer's ip address. If this takes you above 250, please subtract 50 from the last number of the printer's ip address.
For example:- If printer ip address is 192.168.11.146 the manual ip address should be 192.168.11.196
- If the printer's ip address is 192.168.11.225 the manual ip address should be 192.168.11.175
- For the manual subnet mask and the manual default gateway please use the information that you noted earlier. It's important that this information not change.
- Click on the 'Manual DNS Server' radial button.
- For the manual preferred DNS server please use 8.8.8.8
- For the manual alternate DNS server please use 8.8.4.4 (these are Google's DNS servers).
- Click on Apply
You should now have set a manual ip address and DNS servers.
