Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
I understand you are having trouble printing color from a website. I’d like to know these details to isolate the issue further:
- Is the issue specific to a website? Try printing from a different website and check.
- Did you try using a different browser to print? Try using Google Chrome or Firefox and then try printing again.
If the issue is not specific to a website or browser, then try changing the printing preferences as stated below:
- Go to control panel – devices and printers
- Right click on Officejet 3830 and select “Printing preferences”.
- Check for the “Print in grayscale” option and make sure to disable the same.
Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
