wont print in color from a website

I am trying to print some cross stitch patterns from a website and it wont print in color. It will print in black and white.

I understand you are having trouble printing color from a website. I’d like to know these details to isolate the issue further:
 

1. Is the issue specific to a website? Try printing from a different website and check.
2. Did you try using a different browser to print? Try using Google Chrome or Firefox and then try printing again.

If the issue is not specific to a website or browser, then try changing the printing preferences as stated below:
 

• Go to control panel – devices and printers
• Right click on Officejet 3830 and select “Printing preferences”.
• Check for the “Print in grayscale” option and make sure to disable the same.
