Добрый день. Проблема печати документов с длинными именами.

 

Задание просто зависает в очереди печати. Имя документа генерируется программой автоматически.

 

Если укоротить имя документа, то печатает без проблем.

 

МФУ подключено по сети - на него с 3х компьютеров отправляют на печать и сканируют.

Устанавливали все варианты драйверов с вашего сайта.

На обновление отвечает, что используется последняя версия ПО.

Принтер новый, 2-й день как установлен / настроен из коробки.

 

 

 

/////// Решение.  Изменить порт на стандартный порт TCP / IP, и теперь принтер работает нормально. Большое спасибо.
