Hi @Lena94
If your printer is printing only pink or magenta color, there could be 3 reasons for that:
- 01. Low ink levels on printer Tanks.
- 02. Clogged printheads, needs cleaning.
- 03. Color correction, software installed driver.

To find a solution please follow the next steps:
1. First check that the Ink Tanks are filled to upper line:
2. Then try with the HP Smart > Tools > Align and Maintenance > Clean Printhead procedure.
