I have an Officejet Pro 9025 printer that goes to a blue screen with an error: 01B3B8E6 on startup. I cannot bypass this error. I have tried unplugging with unit turned off and waiting over a minute with the cord out of the socket as well as taking cartridges out and doing the same. It just comes right back on the the same screen with an error.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you are receiving a "01B3B8E6" error on the printer screen. We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I have the same exact problem also. Everything is locked up and I can not press anything. I unplug for 60 sec and plug back in and nothing change. The ink does not even move when I open front panel either. It is in lockdown mode for some reason? What do I do?
Also had code B834907E
