Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Printer (HP Officejet Pro 9020) is stuck on the blue screen with the error message 01B3B8E6 and I can't get past it.

I've tried disconnecting the power and reconnecting after 60s but it's still the same.

I've also downloaded the updated firmware but my computer can't detect the printer in order to update it - it's offline and greyed out.

I would be grateful for assistance please in order to reset the printer.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
