Hi,
There does not seem to be any solution to the 0x6100004a error that comes up on my printer and my neighbors printer. Seems suspicious that both of our printers crapped out at around the same time.
First error says to remove the paper jam (there is no paper jam).
Yes I have tried powering down, powering up, with power button, with pulling cord out. bla bla bla.
Printer cartridges will not come to center so I can access them to replace any of them.
Usually it will not shut down when printing the power button, and displays "shutting down" forever. One time it did down within 10 seconds. Otherwise I need to pull cord out to shut it down.
It originally allowed some access to the menus, but now just tries to print something, goes to paper jam error, I press ok, like I have done something to clear the paper jam, it tries to do some maintenance, then it goes to 0x error.
This printer has had minimal usage.
