Hi @Jr1015, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code 0x61011BEB on your HP Officejet 7500A usually indicates a carriage jam, paper jam, or ink system failure. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to reset your printer and fix the issue:
Power Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord from both the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait 3-5 minutes.
- Reconnect the power cord directly to the wall outlet (avoid using power strips).
- Turn the printer back on and check if the error persists.
Check for Paper Jams
- Open the front cover and inspect for any jammed paper inside the printer.
- Remove any stuck paper gently to avoid damaging the rollers.
- Check the rear access door for any hidden paper jams and clean the rollers if necessary.
- Close all covers and restart the printer.
Check the Ink Cartridges
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Remove all cartridges and inspect them for any leaks or blockages.
- Reinsert the cartridges properly and make sure they are seated securely.
- Close the cover and restart the printer.
Reset the Printer to Factory Defaults
If the issue persists, try resetting the printer to factory defaults:
- Press and hold the “#” and “3” buttons while turning the printer on.
- If the issue remains, repeat the process using "#" and "6" for a full reset.
Update the Printer Firmware
- Visit HP support website and check for firmware updates for your HP Officejet 7500A.
- Install any available updates.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
