I have a very old but in perfect working order Photosmart Premium C309a.
It had a rare paperjam, and some of the ink cartridges (non-original, as usual) were very low/empty.
I removed the paperjam (intact) and since then won't do anything other than show me the error message 0x61011bec "General Printer Error".
I managed to get two of the 4 cartridges out to change them, but the sliding thing holding the cartridges keeps disappearing out of reach so I can't remove the other two, or put anything back in.
Its now got only 2 cartridges in it and I can't make the slider stay central so that I can change them. Of course I get alternate error messages advising me that the cartridges are missing, alongside the above error code.
I removed the power cables, waited 2 mins before putting them back in but nothing's changed. I don't know what else I can do. Please help - this is seriously disrupting my business!
