Hi @Morrisohbig,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand the error code 0x61011bed on an HP Officejet Pro 8610 typically indicates a hardware issue with the printer's ink system. Since you've already tried replacing the printhead and cleaning the pump system,

here are some additional steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

  • Reset the Printer: Sometimes a simple reset can resolve temporary issues. Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord from the back, and wait for about a minute. Then reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP website. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve bugs or compatibility issues that cause errors. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Check Ink Cartridges: Make sure that all ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink levels. Try reseating the cartridges to ensure they are securely in place.
  • Clean Printhead Contacts: Sometimes, poor electrical connections between the printhead and the printer can cause issues. Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to clean the electrical contacts on both the printhead and the printer carriage.
  • Perform a Hard Reset: A hard reset can sometimes clear persistent errors. To perform a hard reset, disconnect the power cord while the printer is on. Wait for about 60 seconds, then reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.
  • Check for Obstructions: Ensure that there are no obstructions inside the printer that could be interfering with the printhead movement or the ink delivery system.

I hope this helps.
