Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer

Multiple printhead errors even though printer maintenance sheet prints beautifully so doesn’t this have to be a software & not hardware issue?!’ I have never had to junk such a young printer (2.5 yrs old)  before but cost of replacement of printhead would be almost as much as buying a new printer! So long HP printer! I’m purchasing a different brand with HUMAN customer support!

I see that you are getting printhead errors on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-In-One Printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
