I recently purchased HP Ink advantage 2130, post installation when it did not shoot a print I tried HP troubleshooting where error in device status was identified, it says your printer is in error state. how should I fix this, tried restarting the printer , unplugging USB and power cord. but no help

- Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
- Do you have any blinking lights on the printer?
If you are able to make a copy, the printer is working fine. this could be a driver issue.
Re-insert the ink cartridges.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
