Product: deskjet 2310
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

scanner works fine tho, but the printer fails with all prinitng jobs (apart from testing pages). printing jobs  sent from the computer quickly disappear from the hp jobs list in the hp software, but my macbook window says it's printing - it seems like there is no connection between HP software and my macbook.

Are you using a Deskjet 2130 All-in-One Printer? 

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Does the printer print, if you copy a document?

Any error or blinking lights on the printer control panel?
