Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought a 2624 all in one a little while ago and was using my cache of 3rd party cartridges with no issue until recently. I guess a new firmware update disabled the use of these 3rd party cartridges edited** HP! I print ALOT and now have hundreds of dollars of cartridges I cannot use. You guys are evil and terrible and I will NEVER buy a printer from you again!
