I changed my 65 color print cartridge before it ran out of ink and now I get a flashing orange light on the color cartridge. It does recognize that it's full but doesn't recognize the full black cartridge. It will print out the test page if I hold down on the power button and then the "X" for two seconds then release, but goes right back into the flashing light again. I've tried unplugging it for 60 seconds and it makes no difference. I tried resetting the printer with the cartridges in and out with no success. I don't know what else to try to solve this issue than to go buy another printer. Any help with this would be great!

@Optimax150, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you have issues with the ink cartridge. For info on lights and errors on the printer, refer to - Blinking lights
Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Make sure you are using HP inks.
Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
